How to send MP3 output to Car speakers?

Hi,

I have GPS which has builtin MP3 players with 20GB hardisk.

And my car has a traditional disc palyer which does not understand the mp3 format.

My question how to play MP3 (GPS) and listen the same from car speakers ?

Thanks

The GPS should have an audio output, connect this output to the car aux in if available. If your stereo doesn't support any aux in, then you need an adapter to create an aux in. You can use a FM modulator or FM transmitter. I personally recommend the modulator since it has lees noise and distortion.

If the GPS/MP3 player has RCA or 1/8" stereo jacks for an output you can use this http://www.crutchfield.com/S-9oDEWuNVIo6...

It's not wireless so there's no chance for interference. Not to be confused with an FM transmitter. It basically adds an AUX port to ANY radio.

It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off.

This IS the answer. Totally versatile.
