Sandisk sansa mp3 player?

my mp3 player says

load main image failed

switch to recovery mode

can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it? my mp3 is also frozen while it says that. please help i want my music!!!!!!!

Try taking out the battery and putting them back in. Maybe one of your image files are corrupt, try deleting the image.

Resetting it will unfreeze it =

To reset sansa

Press to power on/off, enter menu, or hold 15

seconds to reset your Sansa.

Or-To reset the sansa = Hold down power button for20 seconds.
