the other day my mp3 player fell off my dresser but it was fine. but today i turned it on and the screen is just black. you cant see the screen but a tiny TINY bit of it. so i sat there trying to find the screen setting and when i found it it was set on 100% brightness. the mp3 player still has good battery life in it. its a ZENv and it charges up. whats wrong with my mp3 player? was it when it fell off or heat or what? it stills plays music but the screen wont show up.

did you try setting the brightness back to normal? because it shouldn't be on 100% Also, it's possible that the screen might have been damaged during it's fall from the dresser, but it just didn't fully give out until a few days later. you should take it in to the store to see if they can take a look at it, but if the LCD screen is broken, theres really nothing you can do b/c fixing the screen probably costs just as much as buying a new one
