Im getting a mp3 player but i have windows2000 me. Is there any software so i can rip the music from cds and put it on my mp3 player

CDex can work, but you have to download the proper drivers(see link below).
Nero has decent software. Even Windows Media Player has ripped songs for me that I put on my mp3 player.
